5'10, 160.

I eat regularly 3 times a day. I hit the gym for the most part like 4 times a week. No less than 3.

I have a pull up bar and ab wheel at the crib.

I'm in decent shape, just trying to add some more muscle and get rid of these chicken legs

Post an example of what u mean :mjpls:

it gives me a round about estimate of bodyfat without needing to see your pic

if you cant, odds are you are above 15% bodyfat

which would tell me how much protein you need based on lean bodymass

Syntha 6 is ok, high in sugar and sat. fats. For a while I started getting Whey Isolate and now I just get the 15.99 big jug at a trader joes

I dont want anymore size. I fukks with the Nectar and sometimes I use Muscle milk as a meal substitute
