Just bought this earlier at Sams. Gonna see how it does.

$35 for 5lbs. I've never tried much else outside of ON.

1 week in, brehs. :blessed:

Good stuff so far. Mix it w/ Almond Milk, and whatever fruits you want, flaxseed, lil bit of wheat germ or whatever else.

Taste about 99% just like ON

well I havent lose any gains since switching from ON. I more or less use protein for recovery.

I take creatine about twice a week and thats mainly what helps me maintain size/strength

fukk protein powder all you need is eggs mother natures protein powder
Optimum used to be my ish but i stopped after some trial and error. All we really need is about .85g to 1g of protein per pound of body mass and beyond that you are simply taking in way too much. Eggs and meat (mainly skinless chicken portions) work just as well.

All these protein powders being posted that cost over a dollar a serving for 25 g protein :bryan:

I can get fresh chicken breast for 2.09 per pound at Winco. 4 oz raw is 23 g protein, 52 cents for real whole food compared to double that for a scoop of whey

I think I might have to stop buying whey, this is an epiphany :ohhh:

it's whey more convenient though :mjpls: don't ask me how
