Hydrolyzed anything is just pre-digested and expensive.

Hydrolyzed casein makes it act like whey.

Hydrolyzed casein vs. whey-anything is like comparing bullet speeds from different guns...

How often do yal take it?

Post workout of course. How about in the morning and right before you lift as well? 3 times a day?

I'm assuming there's a reference you use to determine how much you need for how much you're trying to gain.

5'10, 160.

I eat regularly 3 times a day. I hit the gym for the most part like 4 times a week. No less than 3.

I have a pull up bar and ab wheel at the crib.

I'm in decent shape, just trying to add some more muscle and get rid of these chicken legs

the thing is...those inexpensive protein with high protein grams typically end up not having the advertised amount by a large range
