. Been using it for 2.5 months so far and I cant really tell if its working. One thing for sure is I'm getting stronger. I also went from 180 to 188 but who knows how much of that is from working out and then how much is from just eating and waterI got it on sale. I think it was 45 for a 5 pounder. me and my bros all copped. I'll tell you one thing though...my bro uses it and he deezed. Their preworkout too. He like 5'10, 215 pounds and he got that good buffness too. No incest

This is great. I used it before, but it really didn't agree with my stomach. My wife uses it and she loves it.
Right now i use Iso 100 Hydrolyzed...only 106 calories per serving, but it's like 85 percent pure protein which is the highest percentage our there.

Y'all ever try pro-nos French vanilla? w/ strawberries and a banana. But you gotta blend that shyt wit expert timing or the fruit will not blend right. Or on the other hand it will get to thick.

Hydrolyzed casein is the best pre/post protein currently available. Results with it are incredible.
Other than that, it's all more or less the same when it comes to whey. Hydrolyzed whey is best, but there's no big difference.

The walmart french vanilla is damn good for protein.
