What's the Best Protein Powder to Cop?

I'm new to using protein shakes and stuff, usually just lift and run. Would Syntha 6 be good for weight loss as well as muscle growth.

I'm 5'9" 265 and i'm trying to get down to 200 -210.

protein powder type is pretty much irrelevant when youre talkin about 60lbs weight loss

syntha 6 is delicious tho, but more importantly give my cutting sticky a readthrough

I was in the same range height/weight year's ago. You can push way past 200.

90-100 is probably the right number

as daunting as it is, i lost 70 and one of my mentors started out 6'1 330 and is now 182

if theres will, theres a way

At your height I have to think so, no offense because I been there but that's a lot of body fat to shed. 5'9 200 pounds would be pretty yoked.

I know. I put the work in and cut what I eat, but then relapse after a while. This time I'm trying to stick with it.

What about bread. There's a sandwich place I go to where I get a chicken and spinach sandwich. Should I cut the bread out completely or is a little bread ok?

Personally I only eat the Arnolds Sandwich Thins wich are 100 calories each. And that's 1-2 a week tops. Outside of that I stay away, no wraps on burritos or Sandwiches either.

there is nothing wrong with bread

changing your diet has more to do with understanding what everything is quantitatively as opposed to qualitatively

you can have 2 sandwiches that are the exact same size but have different calorie amounts

the key to successful permanent results from cutting is knowing exactly what you eat. Eating healthier just means more food per calorie consumed

I gotcha. I've cut soda and sweets out, Arizona Fruit Punch is the only thing I drink other than water.

a full can is probably around 200-240 calories :steviej:

youll realize the easiest way to pull all your numbers down is just to eliminate liquid calories altogether

it may seem like alot at first but anytime you can have a zero cal drink with a meal youre shaving off almost 600 minimum a day

and for some folks that still have higher maintenances 600 may be all you need :mjpls:
