6 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms

In Cleveland you can buy pretty much any house in the city for 400k, once you get into those inflated suburbs, Shaker Heights, Westlake, EastLake, Lakewood, the prices get absolutely ridiculous

:damn:

http://www.homefinder.com/CA/Sacramento/5411-Jamesport-Way-118437720d All of these are in good neighborhoods. The Real Estate market looks good, but its still hard as fukk to get a house .

The pricings climb near Bay Area territory when you go further east in the burbs like Folsom, Roseville, Eldorado Hills.

Rates on Renting a condo/ upper level apartment Downtown is ridiculous with the new arena being built though.

:beli: that's a 3 bedroom condo with an office /den listed at 725k.. I listed a one bedroom in a shyt neighborhood for almost 400k.
Let me show u what a 3bedroom goes for in sf:

http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sfc/reb/4900049225.html
649,000$ for a 3 bedroom in one of the worst parts of the city, away from everything good, not a historic desirable neighborhood like in your link.

Paid $380,000 for this house 2.5 years ago. Could probably sell it for $500,000 now. Got in before the market blew up here. Seattle isn't cheap, but it isn't California or NYC expensive.
