when i think custom home, i'm not thinking 1800 sq ft 3/2...i'm thinking nice shyt, dream home status, the only reason i'd venture to build my own home is to have the perfect home for me, all the shyt i want...on top of that you want it somewhere nice, you're not building a house from the ground up out here for $400k. to get a plot of land and build ground up for $400k, you'll be in the hood, nicest home on the block steady depreciating cuz your neighborhood is garbage

that's a 3 bedroom condo with an office /den listed at 725k.. I listed a one bedroom in a shyt neighborhood for almost 400k.
