lol, that's not the suburb and they're probably only about 2-3 miles apart. the thing is, the decent house will probably go ~50k over asking. but i want to emphasize, this is a decent neighborhood, not nice, not ballin, not hot, hip, or trendy, just a spot you'll feel somewhat ok about parking your car on the street at night lol

damn, all the way out to sterling? i used to work out there

I grew up in Sterling and Ashburn. Back when there wasn't shyt to do back in the late 90's and early 00's. The area is riddled with good restaurants, places to go, etc. now and most of my friends still live back in that area.

I was relocated to Herndon a year ago for work, so the 25 miles from Falls Church to Herndon is a pain in the ass when I used to have a 2 mile commute. :skip:
