its worth about a mill , mortagage almost paid off
i get half whenever its sold.
Price keeps rising, 6 years ago was purchased for 550k.
Thing is its one of the best areas to live in (also one of the most expensive). If we ever decide to sell or if I move out i'd prob just rent a apartment or buy a tiny azz condo
bt even tiny ass condos are like 250k here

Thanks. My property isn't that big. There is a piece of land that the home owners association own next to my house. They can't build on it so it's like an extended yard for me. I want to see if I can buy the property eventually in hopes of knocking down the trees and building onto my house.

I got the trulia real estate app on my phone and I search NYC(mainly Queens), and the houses seemed narrow and close together.I live in NYC these houses is horrible for the 400K their asking...If i had 400k i'd move to orlando...
