toronto/gta in 5-10 years will be like vancouver prices
every house over a mill
Have you ever considered selling the house if it's appraised at a certain amount then moving or do you (and your parents) want to keep it so you can live there and/or eventually turn it into an investment property?

its worth about a mill , mortagage almost paid off
i get half whenever its sold.

Price keeps rising, 6 years ago was purchased for 550k.

Thing is its one of the best areas to live in (also one of the most expensive). If we ever decide to sell or if I move out i'd prob just rent a apartment or buy a tiny azz condo :ehh:

bt even tiny ass condos are like 250k here

I use installed DirecTv in this area back in the day. And let me tell you it was some of the most beautiful views I've ever seen :wow:
I used to rush through my setups so I could blaze one up and just chill on the roof day dreaming about owning a place like that one day :mjcry:

nice crib
looks like you got alot of land :salute:

Thanks. My property isn't that big. There is a piece of land that the home owners association own next to my house. They can't build on it so it's like an extended yard for me. I want to see if I can buy the property eventually in hopes of knocking down the trees and building onto my house.
