This shyt right here is EXACTLY why my girl and I got into a heated argument where I told her I would NOT under any circumstances want to move to California...not unless it was a big fat job offer where I knew for certain I could blow up because even then we would be living in circumstances that I personally am not willing to put up with. I saw my parents struggle too much to ever want to live any type of life style where I can't have what I feel I deserve, and I get that easily where we are now.

Fuk that!!

You can probably live like a king for that price. My Mama got a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 living room house for around 160K.

For double that I can only imagine :ohhh:

A very small well kept house (less than 1500 sq ft) or 1 bd condo or.....a place in the hood. Almost anything you see on here south of 35th Ave and west of 580 is :patrice: to :sadbron: neighborhood status

edit: damn, aint no listings in north oakland under $425, #gentrification

it only makes sense to spend that much money on a house if you building it from the ground up :pachaha:

custom home for $400k? i guess in Detroit where you can buy an entire neighborhood for that much :mjlol:

:mjcry:

Brehs, a house on the market for $400k cost much less than that to build, land labor and materials all included.

How do you think architects/developers make money?
