N64's joystick used to break like crazy. But u right their shyt outside of Switch usually works. The Switch has MAD issues tho and Nintendo gives ZERO fukks.
Blowing in NES cartridges. Waggle not working right on Wii, then needing to buy an upgraded waggle piece that also ended up unreliable. 3DS Charger problems.

Nintendo makes their products in cheap “toy” quality so they can make a huge profit off hardware.

Next you are going to tell me action figures aren't toys.

You use to have to go to arcades to play videogames, arcades were for teenagers and Young adults.

For the longest the places to find and buy videogames where toy stores specifically, even now with game stores dying what are trying to do to survive... Adding toys back into the stores.
:dahell:

What does video games being sold near toys have to do with them not being the same thing? Action figures are toys, it's still a toy.

Video games are electronics. You don't hand a kid a Mario Kart disc and they have fun. Idk what the last part has to do with video games not being "toys."

Is candy a toy since it's often sold at toy stores as well? Chips? They're all toys too lol.

They weren't just sold near toy stores they were sold in them.

And at one time you did do exactly just that you handed a kid a tiger electronic handheld or a game and watch and told them to have fun.

Yeah Nintendo ain't got a good record with joystick lol.

The biggest issue that the switch has that I can recall is the joycon drift.

If you went to a candy store and they had a whole section that was for videogame you'd be mad confused.

If you go to a toy store and they have a whole section for videogames you wouldn't give it a second thought.

Infact if you went to a toy store and they didn't sell videogames you'd be just as confused.

Okay? What does where it's sold at has to do with what it is? Magazines are also sold there as well, are they toys?

And at one time you did do exactly just that you handed a kid a tiger electronic handheld or a game and watch and told them to have fun.
Yeah, that's a VIDEO GAME. What are you even arguing here?

:mindblown:
SON, toys and VIDEO GAMES are going to be sold together as they share similar audiences/overlap. If I went to a kid's toy store and they don't sell video games I wouldn't be confused because there are stores that strictly sell kids toys or action figures solely and vice versa.

By this logic, Staples selling Nintendo Switches means the Switch is an office product now because they're sold in the same store. Not even sure what's the point you're trying to make here.

Calling 500 dollar electronics toys, you might as well call a basketball a toy. All those grown men at the basketball court playing with their toys
Things you “play with:dame:” are considered toys.

Semantical argument that doesn’t really mean much at the end of the day.:manny:

this is why i laugh at Nintendo increasing the price of Zelda, its like, “we don’t invest even a 3rd of the budget into our games as other developers but we are gonna charge the same anyway because we’re nintendo”

No voice acting, no accessibility settings, same graphics engine from the 2017 cross gen release, no investment into better performance, no post release content, etc.

Same with them constantly increasing the price of their flea market nintendo online offerings
