Well based on the anime I think SxF does better what it tries to do then CSM.
Tho if you gonna do a heavy binge I would go for CSM.
If you are looking to watch a few episodes here and there slowly then SxF.
On a random note when these two get their S2's animated we about to be real blessed

Similar to Golden Kamuy it is just crazy underrated outside of Japan. As long as the anime does well in Japan it will continue to get to support tho. So that is the main thing that matters.
