Is Akame actually good? Got 5 episodes in then tossed it into the bushes
. I dropped it for Parasyte and Bahamut but i keep hearing ppl talk about Akame. I wasn't feeling the first view episodes tbh. Not like Parasyte

Get out of here with that bullshyt rhetoric. Fate has incredibly boring parts whenever they get into plot exposition, forcing you through occasional ten minute info dumps poorly disguised as 'conversations'. Because during those 'conversations' the entire plot just comes to a near complete stop. That's not a good look, and that comes from someone with the attention span to sit through hours of hours of wonderful 'girls taking pictures of rocks' type slice of life. Because those shows at least know how to make you cherish every moment, even if it's a rock having its picture taken.

The killings aren't in that clip. Saber was going at it with Lancer and her master went behind her back and had Lancer' master kill him. Dude promised to spare Lancer' master and his chick if he used his command spell to kill Lancer which he did then Saber's master killed both Lancer' master and his chick anyway. It was cold blooded as hell and Saber's was passed.

No one's saying that Fate Zero or Stay Night are the GOAT anime shows. And I don't have a problem with dudes not liking it. It's just annoying how people continue to watch it and then shyt on it every other week. Like okay we know you don't like it, so why bother? Half the stuff people hype on here I'm not feeling like that, but I don't come on here and try to put dudes down when they like it. People just like different shyt 
. If you can't see the significance in the clip @winb83 posted, or the ep with the Kings drinking wine together then that's all good. Just don't expect the anime to be for you, cuz one of the main reasons I like the series is for moments like that. It's based on a fukkin visual novel brehs, so it's gonna be more dialogue than action.

everything ain't for everybody. plenty of stuff people hype up here and I could take it or leave it. Kuroko no Basuke for example still haven't finished even half the first season. Pretty meh to me.
You rarely see characters have ideological discussions in anime and actually make sense or be profound. most of it comes across like that Naruto style power of friendship and love nonsense. The Fate series has legit ideology clashes like in Zero where they sat down and drunk and talked it out. I don't mind it being dialog heavy. I haven't seen Monster but plan on checking it out soon. Heard good things about it, but you're seriously comparing Fate to a known classicMonster was mostly talking and that's a classic.
Fate's dialog sucks, is repetitive, and besides the servants the characters are forgettable. Fight scenes are epic but that's it.
And I agree that in Stay Night the characters outside of the servants are forgettable, but I don't think that's the case in Zero. Kiritsugu and Kotomine aren't servants and are pretty complex when it comes to characters in anime imo.
But let's not group Zero and Stay Night together cuz Zero is clearly the better anime. It's gonna be ranked much higher on my list than Stay Night will be

Zero and Stay Night have very different writers, and pretty much everyone I know says that Zero is better because of Urobutcher (even if he's overrated as well).
