It’s honestly insane how good Frieren is.
The world-building is crazy.
I love how she’s overpowered but still beatable and vulnerable.
I also love how they’re sticking to the RPG Party format with a tank/caster/healer/dps setup. Truly some adventurer stuff. Might go back to playing FFXIV again.

This episode adapted chapters 49+50. Man the way this adapted this was on point. I honestly think they elevated the level of creepiness from the manga with the Shijimas just appearing. Also, I loved how music was used to amplify Hanako was hiding his intentions this whole time. Then Kou's VA, nailed the final scene perfectly.
Mangaka of Hanako-kun, Aidairo drew some sketches for episode 9.
This episode was wonderfully adapted. I guess we can call Nene's mention of the person she likes isn't here as an unofficial confession. Though it could serve meaning to she has grown to like Hanako not Amane. I mean her constantly calling Amane, Hanako showcases that.
But man, the creepiness of the Shijimas was on point in the episode. Just when you think help has arrived, Amane breaks the brush. Tbh at this point it becomes clear that Hanako is pretending to be Amane if it wasn't already. But man, the final scene was adapted perfectly. Hanako mentioned to Mitsuba about what his wish meant to him. He wanted to be human, and this fake world provided that for him. Of course, Kou pointed out what Mitsuba's wish truly was.
Of course, this all comes down to the problem with Nene and her lifespan problem. This is where his conversation with Nene about wanting time to stop comes in play. That's what this fake world is because it's all based on the world created by Shijima. We have a practical solution to Nene's problem. It appears that he hoped Kou would understand his point of view. Granted this is a lot to take in because I understand why Nene is in this world. But why is Kou here? After all, he wants to help both Nene and Mitsuba here. The biggest question in all of this what does Nene think about this? Granted, she isn't aware of her limited lifespan to begin with. After all, she was unconscious during that whole final scene.

I think the start of S2 is a bit better than S1. S2 so far has been building things surrounding the Emperor, their history and Jinshi focus despite him having less screen time. It prob would be better to come back to it in a binge imo. It will be interesting if it can match up to the highs of the 2nd half of S1.Breh, I envy you so much. Such an incredible anime

Yeah the og soundtrack is crazy but even the color scheme fits better. The new one is bright and highly saturated, the previous palette serves the show better.
They used to do all kind of dramatic shots and moments. Kinda like the 99 version of Hunter x Hunter

Finished Dr.Stone really enjoyed the new world arc and looking forward to the next arc whenever it releases. 2 gripes though
The fact the story keeps be locked in with those 2 gripes says something I guess
1. Kingdom of Science gotta take an L at some point. 2-3 times when you think someone about to die, they petrify them and heal them. 
The sad part is the deaths wouldve been good deaths and wouldve made sense story wise.
2. Getting tired of the enemies defecting to the kingdom of science. Especially the ones that's pose to be the top warrior or w/e of the enemy.

1. Tsukasa dying from Hyoga's attack because he tried to save his sister wouldve been fitting.
2. Ginro dying to reveal to Senku and the rest that vital information wouldve been the perfect death. His reason for dying wouldve been good as hell. With that said, he went out like a bytch. Soon as he got hit I said "Look at this bytch ass nikka!
