Id take almost all of Narutos arcs over bleach best. At the very least the Chuunin Exams and Jiraiya vs Pain - Itachi vs Sasuke - Naruto vs Pain

I loved early Bleach but I never liked it more than Naruto. Bleach was cool til that fullbring BS

Stand Alone Complex has been solid 9/10 sci-fi. Especially the season where Shousa almost had a boyfriend. (And Batou was clit-blocking )
