Me too. With poor form i was doing up to 1000 a day. With proper form, I can bang out 500.

These brehs are not using proper form form.

I"m actually bigger than i was when i was going to the gym and I was lifting heavy weights for my size.

if you’re physically stronger and bigger doing calisthenics then you were lifting HEAVY weights then you was bullshyting in the gym

What an arrogantly ignorant thing to say.

It’s not being arrogant fam. Calisthenics are great to do and should be included in your workouts, but they do have strength and growth limits compared to heavy weightlifting.

Perhaps there were other factors involved like your diet.

lmao, since when were NFL RBS were known for aesthetics, you don't know what you are taking about

Darren Sproles is a small, Barry Sanders was small, Warren Dunn is small

Ray Rice is a midget like tank davis dog, what are smoking

Gymnast are short because low center gravity gives you better balance, so short people will do better in that sport, same reason why you don't see 6'9 Running backs you dumb ass nikka

The only big skilled possessions are Receivers and Tight Ends, Terrell Owens has a gymnast build, damn every QB in the league is the bigger than the Running back lmao, you a fukking moron

being bigger has nothing to do with lifting weights, if you wanna get bulk all have to do is eat more

you don't even work out, you talking crazy, you can't even do the exercises that guy in the video do, and he just converted over from lifting weights dumb ass, and he couldn't even do the ring exercises at first because he lacked the STRENGTH

Never heard of Warren Dunn. I do know a Warrick Dunn.
:ld:

You still failed to grasp the content of what you originally quoted and are now tryna juelz the fukk outta that shyt while resorting to name calling.
:skip: :umad:

Lol @ thinking I don't workout though.

Weights may not be the end-all, be-all but for mass and strength I don't think they're getting fukked with.

What @Coronavirus was saying is prolly not too far off. Ask calis crew who bushed weights what their routine was and what numbers they putting up and a lot of that mystery will be solved.

Cats on the coli talmbout weights is easy while weighing 155 but couldn't bench 2, squat 3, pull 4 plates. Not that those numbers are even impressive.

Those NFL players do not have gymnasts builds. sproles and Dunn are like 190lbs. The top gymnast are like 135lbs. And while those rb’s and receivers might look small next to 250lb linebackers and 300lb lineman they would look like giants standing next to gymnast.

So by what youre saying you are on track to gain about 40-45 pounds of muscle this year doing calis

How do yall let these dudes keep capping with their fitness ducktales :mjlol:

Obviously I expect there to be a plateau at some point. Plus I don't want to get too big. I'm trying to get to 170-175 lbs ripped. Don't wanna weigh more than that.

So I've been on a strict fasting regime the last couple of months. I eat only 1 meal every 3 days. That means continous 72 hour fasts. In the first 30 days of this diet I lost around 30 lbs of fat. However, over the last couple of weeks something weird happened.

About two weeks ago I weighed myself and I was at 154 lbs (which is the leanest I've ever been in my life).
I continued my training in the gym and kept on fasting for 48-72 hours thinking I would keep losing fat. However, when I weighed myself yesterday the scale read 160 lbs. This blew my mind. I looked in the mirror to see if I've gained any fat around my belly. I didn't see anything. I actually looked leaner than I did at 154 lbs. What did look bigger were my forearms. My shoulders were thicker and more defined. And my triceps and gotten more muscular. I had somehow gained 6 lbs of muscle in two weeks while in a severe caloric deficit because of my fasting focused lifestyle.

So there you have it. Stop listening to these steroid using bodybuilders who say you gotta be in a caloric surplus to build muscle. I'm living proof that you can build muscle while fasting and being in a huge caloric deficit.

And there were people eating up those :duck: too
