Quarter squats. What is that
Im trying to picture it lol. What are you accomplishing with a 25% ROM squat
At that point dont even do squats. I only do them when Im feeling really really good that day. Otherwise Press, Lunge, amd sumos. My knee be flaring up on squats too often. But even then a quarter squat....make it make sense
