Quarter squats. What is that :pachaha:

Im trying to picture it lol. What are you accomplishing with a 25% ROM squat :mindblown:

At that point dont even do squats. I only do them when Im feeling really really good that day. Otherwise Press, Lunge, amd sumos. My knee be flaring up on squats too often. But even then a quarter squat....make it make sense

Quarter squats are how you build up explosiveness in your lower body. Its great for glute and quad development. Especially glutes which are the key to optimal lower body strength and explosiveness.

I try to train as much like an athlete as possible. Fukk training like a roided up cac.

Way to change the subject. I train like an athlete in the gym. I eat in a manner as close to how our species evolved as possible. We weren't designed to be eating multiple meals everyday. Our biology was made for sporadic eating. That is what I am simulating by fasting. Periods of fasting help activate hormonal changes in the body that are the key to longevity and optimal health.

Prolly not. But then again I'm not insecure like most guys who pump themselves full of roids to look big. I train for 2 reasons: (1) health and (2) aesthetics. There are no health benefits to being heavy (even if its muscle). In fact a lot of the scientific research says that less weight is linked with longevity. Prolly cause more weight puts more stress on your body's organs and circulatory system. And then in terms of aesthetics, I find nothing appealing about being extremely big. I find the lean athletic physique to be more aesthetic. That is why I train the way I train. I'm not looking to look like a bodybuilder. I'd rather have the physique of a basketball player like prime Michael Jordan.

Im not even trying to clown atm. What exactly is the point of a quarter squat. Am I just not picturing this correctly? Are you really doing a 25% squat?
