When you're talking about a phone it is like that.

If you've used an iPhone primarily, the second you see, or hold an GS3/OneX you know right away that the iPhone is WAY smaller in the hand. It's not debatable. Hell, I could feel the difference in size when I got the EVO LTE and I was coming from the EVO 4G which has a 4.3in screen.

You mean to tell me that someone who's familiar with an iPhone and it's 3.5in screen can't tell the difference between a device with a 4.8in screen?

just acknowledge apple is the trend setters. they can take something small like siri, focus a phone around it. then have all you knock off android users coming out with copy cat apps. hell, they're already eating GOOD because past phones stole their app icon layout.

Its a slap on the wrist. All they have to do is change up the patent they infringed on. They will deal the verdict and continue to sell the same phones. Apple won against old ass phones. the gs3 and note 2 will be a bigger seller

Samsung also make Windows Phone devices so they may focus more on WP8 which I think is gonna be the best OS when it drops especially on Tablets.

You have to consider for Samsung to make an Android phone they have to pay royalties to both Apple and Microsoft and potential court trials.

Samsung can easily make Windows Phone a flagship phone and it will sell it's all marketing. By making Windows Phone's Samsung doesn't have to go through that BS all they need to do is pay for a 25$ license fee to MS.

WP8 allows flexible hardware your going to see the same Galaxy S devices that have Android right now be re-shipped with WP8.
