I kinda wrote that wrong. I meant that once Apple will go after HTC again then go full on against Google. Google's and Apple are already going at each other over Motorola.

All of this was going on two years ago too but you're right since phones are the biggest things on the planet right now it's major.

The funny thing is, all these companies are going after it each other, Samsung has sued Apple, Apple sues Moto , Microsoft sues Samsung etc.. Its really getting crazy, even though I can't really blame either company.

It's gotten so bad, I stop keeping up with who was suing who. I think this decision just surprised *EVERYBODY* at how fast it came and how much Samsung will have to owe. and while Samsung could appeal all day, I wonder how this will affect their current products.

the S3 looks absolutely nothing like th iPhone. You an your friends are morons. Hell I've even had my Nokia Lumia 900 mistaken for an iPhone. Using the confusion of dumb consumers to justify this nonsense is the height of stupidity.

Yeah but I think what Sammy thought like I said in the second part of my statement was that alot of those patents were kind of bs. This is really one of the few cases where Apple has won solidly. In other parts of the world this case is failing and I even think both Apple and Samsung have had products banned in Korea for copying each other.

Apple was forcing them to pay a crazy amount of money for those patents which in turn would make them see no profit in the first place. So Samsung decided do their own thing. The law has deemed this illegal but back then many thought Samsung had a point. And now what we have is Apple illegally stealing from Samsung and Samsung illegally stealing from Apple. And since this case just destroyed the number 2 phone maker in the world I guess Apple got what they really wanted in the end.
