if some nikka was stealing yo ideas and profiting would you let that shyt pass
Of course he would, because somehow that drives innovation.

bullshyt
samsung made way more than a 1 billion dollars off those devices that apple sued them over???
samsung won because they the gs3 and galaxy note wasnt touch
nobody will ever buy a windows phone and nokia is broke
Samsung also make Windows Phone devices so they may focus more on WP8 which I think is gonna be the best OS when it drops especially on Tablets.
You have to consider for Samsung to make an Android phone they have to pay royalties to both Apple and Microsoft and potential court trials.
Samsung can easily make Windows Phone a flagship phone and it will sell it's all marketing. By making Windows Phone's Samsung doesn't have to go through that BS all they need to do is pay for a 25$ license fee to MS.
WP8 allows flexible hardware your going to see the same Galaxy S devices that have Android right now be re-shipped with WP8.
didn't expect so many people to be on the Microsoft bandwagon.Nokia stock is rising up again at a rapid rate.
Windows Phone has the highest customer satisfaction ratings and brand loyalty if it was available on more carriers and had more handsets more people will buy it.

At some of responses in this thread. However I'm struggling to see how this will harm innovation? In the end it was decided these patents where NOT too general and indeed did have substance to them, that's not my opinion it's FACT. That's why Samsung is paying billions for damages.
Guys in here saying that it will halt development as people try to work around breaking Apples intellectual property rights is fukking retarted. You're essentially saying that guys will have to slow down to work around trying to get their phones most like the iPhone without breaking any of the iPhones patent legislation.
The Galaxy series is a blatant copy of the iPhone from the packaging to the design (excluding the S3 but ony because of its size) and certain pieces of its functionality. Windows phones offer the same sort of media capabilities and functions but the whole experience is vastly different. Now I'm not saying Windows are doing it right, I'm saying that Windows have INNOVATED and that's why no one is saying they have copied the iPhone.
It's a farce that Samsung got away with it for this long, they're a company known for straight jacking on innovation (I'm not going to talk about TVs today) but its good to see them put in their place. Today was a win for originality.
its just that a damn wagon
GS3 is the best selling samsung phone ever. samsung w/o android= trash
We back breh its a new and better Microsoft
I tried Apple it's the same old shyt got boring quick
I briefly tried Android but I don't like the interface it seems to much like a Windows XP/Vista pocket PC in your pocket
I still like the Android OS for it's customization but Google's been doing alot of shady stuff lately and it's making me look for something else.We back breh its a new and better Microsoft

Samsung has Windows tablets and PC's they can easily make Windows Phone #1 its different it ain't an iOS mimic like Android and its easier to use than Android.
