People dont know what they are arguing at this point, I'm just trying to see who is admitting to lackingn discipline and not wanting to become discipline.
Discipline is the foundation of any action/decision, if you lack the discipline to commit to a goal your actions/decisions will always be in vain, and you will continue to fail. How can you make any type of move with no focus to stick to it and take it serious? How can you get anything done if you are always willing to comprimise for lesser things that benifit nobody? I dont care what other races are doing, nor am I comparing blacks other races, so the mention of other races is a cop out to give an excuse to why one does not want to step up.

Most of the members of a group of people, any group, are just fodder. They're basically intended to be slaves. Be it actual slavery, materialistic slaves, or mental slaves.
It's up to the elite of which ever group to have discipline, live by a code, and make moves for their group. It's what the other groups have.
Take whites as a group. 90% of them aren't shyt either. The elite of their group have made the necessary power moves to where the other 90% reap enough benefits to where the 90 wholeheartedly support the 10.
So our elite need to basically use the rest of us to gain power. In order for us to reap trickle down benefits. In other words we need to prop our chosen leaders high and support them regardless. We need to make our kings and queens.
That dynamic never left, it just appeared too. White people still have real royalty. It's how humans function as a species. As Meek said, there's levels to this.
So most of the ratchets out here are doing exactly what they're supposed too. Only thing is there are supposed to be a group of black elite benefiting from their careless spending. There should be a black person as the head and getting profit from any black music and entertainment.

My thing is with a lack of discipline we will continue to entertain non factors, its time to identify weak links and cut it off ASAP, the days of debating and arguments are over. In this thread you have people arguing against a fundamental trait needed in order to accomplish any goal set. Im not sure if these dudes are simply dumb, dont comprehend well, or giving excuses .

There are black men who are not willing to die for their woman and defend the black woman, so why do you think many are running wild and or being slaughtered. Of course we understand the system is set up to remove the black man from the home, it has mot removed all of us though, so those who are not victims of the system must protect the woman. Many of the elders were given a false dream and put all of their eggs into the wrong basket. So while I know there are many whole sold out the future generations, I do acknowledge there were many who thougjt they were doing right as they had no prior blue print to know what will or will not work. With those types I respect them as humans and treat them with decency but I make sure they get out of my way and dont prevent me from doing what needs to be done.
Real shyt right here. You may or may not know this, but Hitler also had a similar belief, which was part of the reason why his party rose to supreme power. From one of his speeches: "Again it must be that all decent Germans become National Socialists. [But] Only the best National Socialists become party members." It's all about the elites doing the bulk of the work for the masses.
The issue witth the Talented 10th concept is the best and brightest blacks instead of building were offered a seat at White daddies table and said eff thr black community. The issue with the black elite of today is they didnt even try to build prominent black economic bases that were fully independent, at most they just all moved together but were still dependent on white infrastructure for the most part. So we brag about being the first black doctor at a white hospital opposed to building all black hospitals.

You got a problem with my views, so me leaving for a higher paying job is your ammunition against me. Anybody else doing that would be merely common sense. My place of employment has nothing to do with my views. Im doing fine doing what im doing offline NOT working there. So you cant really say organizations like the Panthers failed because of the lack of discipline. They showed the world how great of a threat that disciplined black people could be
Thats a broad generalization considering Black people's history goes back futher than anyone else's on the face of the Earth. Take Taharka, the ruler of Kemet who reunified the Upper and Lower kingdoms during the 25th dynasty. He was eventually conquered by the Assyrians, not because they lacked discipline. Reuniting Upper and Lower Kemet showed what discipline can do, but they were conquered because the Assyrians had more access to iron which afforded them superior weaponary. The same with Zulu and the British. I dare someone say they werent disciplined, its just the Europeans had guns.
