If Ciryl is serious about ever being champion he’ll take Khabib up on his offer. Jones gave Curtis Blaydes, Pavlovich, and everybody else in the division with a strong grappling background the blueprint on beating Ciryl.

Yeah he's gonna have to go over there and get the training.

Stipe didn't look the same after that Francis KO.
That’s true. And it probably had a bigger effect on him than we can imagine. (I mean being hit by I car on the head is no joke).

Even after the first fight against Francis Stipe complained that he lost against DC because of the fight that happened before.

I remember the post-conference with Stipe. Within that conference Stipe repeated at least 8 times: “Francis hits hard, man he hits hard, that man hits man…”

It’s clear that Dagestan has some of the best wrestlers in the world. And Cyril was clearly lacking that skill. Jon has been wrestling since a kid and he’s very skillful at it as well.

I’ve never seen Pavlovich wrestle. But allegedly he hits almost as hard as Francis. That’s going to be a task for Jon to deal with.

Its funny watching jones fighr at hw and bein so strong vs gane on the ground to manhandle the novice grappler.

Now imagine the superfight that Jones was suppose to have yrs ago. Jones vs izzy. That bony no wrestling izzy really stood zero shot
Most likely yes. Same with Alex Pereira, who naturally is a heavyweight. Izzy has difficulty with him and Alex Pereira is not even great at wrestling (as of yet).

Knowing how to grapple properly makes a big difference.

See the fight Melvin Manhoef vs Brock Larson. Brock Larson is a grappler and eat those hits to get to Melvin. Once he had him it was over for Melvin.

Tom Aspinall is the only one in the division, besides Jon of course, who is a high level wrestler with a Jiujutsu background.

Khabib telling Ciryl to "Come to Dagestan, brother, stay here and learn how to wrestle, then you can be champion" is unintentionally the funniest shyt Ive heard this week, wallahi hit em with that helpful Ether :deadrose: :mjlol:
Because Khabib doesn’t understand wrestling… right?
