Very important post.

That’s why I advise all black folks living up North in the cold to move down South and get out in this good sun as much as possible.

I spent damn near 35 years not understanding just how important getting lots of natural sunlight is.

Vitamin D is essential to all human functions and most of us living outside of Africa have low vitamin d. It’s not surprising that it weakens your immune system heavily.

All of my family pretty much takes supplements, I started taking them after being diagnosed with incredibly low vitamin d levels to the point I had severe depression.

If you’re feeling symptoms of depression - check your vitamin d levels and start taking supplementation. I put a close friend onto this and it changed his whole life.

Good point. My wife and kids along with myself take a multi vitamin daily. :patrice:

Next there's going to be "studies" telling you that taking vitamins and herbs and drinking teas will help prevent it or minimize symptoms too, I guess once white folks tell them what to do they finally listen.
Lol they just started blending curcumin with an anesthesia/pain blocker that native Americans have been using and they act like they discovered it

Man, I know it was some posters here on the coli that brought up zinc during the beginning of the pandemic, and when I saw that I went and copped. Been taking ever since. Been heavy on the vitamins a couple of months, and when the whole thing started, I refused to stay in the house. I used to prop my lawn chair right in front of my garage and sit out there in the sun. Guess it was doing me some good. I didn’t know it at the time, but I hated being inside.

What foods or drinks are good source for the D?:dame:

salmon, egg yolks, almonds, bananas, spinach,

Get you a smoothie blender - use bananas, almond milk, berries, and honey; salmon and broccoli. That’s a start right there. Make an egg yolk omelet with spinach, take your vitamin d supplement - GO OUTSIDE. Natural immunity boosters.
