I think you overlooked the point he was making by linking all three of those circumstances as catalysts that lead to police brutality. If we are to use the premise that most white people in this country are racist ( conscious or subconscious) by proxy of the culture (which I agree) then all white people would be putting hands on black people with little to no repercussions which is not true. Cops are able to take the racist culture to another level because there is for the most part no perceivable punishment for doing so whereas the average white person has to downplay or hide their racism in most instances to keep up appearances.
Flawed logic. Blacks are prosecuted more than whites for non-violent offenses. Black cities are underfunded, and most properties in those cities are then bought out by whites who then put up laws that are geared more towards negatively impacting Blacks. Whites vote in and support other whites that disparage Blacks. Whites support businesses that disparage Blacks. Those people that were voted in by whites and those businesses that whites support help create laws that actively discriminate against Black people, and remove them from their neighborhoods. Not only that, those same politicians/businesses/unions create laws that protect the police that brutalize the Blacks. It is an inane qualification that whites, in order to be racist, must put hands on a Black person. They do this through the system.
