Yea he going to prison but I don't believe he intended on killing them when he first went up there. It actually looks like he's trying to calm dude down before pulling the gun out. Even after the husband put the scissors to his neck he was still trying to talk it out. Then after the husband pushed his wife away and refused to settle down, he said fukk it. Let's get violent then ....real killers gonna make sure the job is done. Hence those final shots. That's why you better be ready for whatever if you bring out any kind of weapon. He was way bigger than dude anyway. Shouldn't even have needed scissors. I think if the husband had just said went inside when the wife pulled him away it would have been over.

Edit: Just watched the video. Damn he straight up executed the father and stepson. Looks like he walked up to the father and shot him while he was laid out to make sure he was dead. Too bad NY doesn't do the death penalty anymore. Either way that fool is going under the jail. He cannot claim self-defense @Stuntone because he escalated the situation by going to their house with a gun over noise. They also said he was kicking the door, which would have been captured on camera. That fool is going to prison.
