Yea he going to prison but I don't believe he intended on killing them when he first went up there. It actually looks like he's trying to calm dude down before pulling the gun out. Even after the husband put the scissors to his neck he was still trying to talk it out. Then after the husband pushed his wife away and refused to settle down, he said fukk it. Let's get violent then ....real killers gonna make sure the job is done. Hence those final finals. That's why you better be ready for whatever if you bring out any kind of weapon. He was way bigger than dude anyway. Shouldn't even have needed scissors. I think if the husband had just said went inside when the wife pulled him away it would have been over.

Doesn't excuse what the guy did. But you gotta understand there's really people out here ready to throw their lives away. Some people have no off switch once they snap. It shoulda never came to this.

Watching the video this remind of that road rage incident where the dude was saying all these threats, sticking his middle finger up and driving crazy end up getting his wife killed. First he charge that dude with his shirt off. He went back inside the dude takes the gun off his hip and put its in his pocket. Then your wife come back out popping her shyt then the son backing up his mom. The dad come out with something in his hand and charge at dude again. He don’t know the whole time dude got his hand on a gun. The wife noticed that and tried to pull the husband away. Then the son goes into protective mode and charge at the dude he shots him then. Honestly that’s what trigger that whole event because people brandish firearms all the time with no intention of using them. Notice how he only made sure he killed the dad because that the dude he had all the issues with. Once he shot the son it was no turning back.

More people need to establish what to do in case of emergency with people they live with(or go out with alot in general). Just assuming everyone is gonna be smart will get you killed



-Psycho neighbor was at the other end of the hall, they had plenty of distance to be safe, yet they both walked towards him instead of talking from the doorway

- Absolutely no reason the kids should've even made it to the door to see what was goin on, should've been in the furthest bedroom from the door, or moving near the fire escape if they had one.

- NEITHER of them was on the phone with 911, they both ran outside to the threat with zero protection TV got everyone thinking they can talk themselves out of danger

- buddy comes out with fukking scissors and casually walks up to the guy and puts it to his neck, selling wolf tickets?


Talk about emergency plans with your housemates/partners you will find out a lot from that conversation
