It never ceases to amaze me how casual people are about lethal weapons and murder including in this thread. Going to a neighbor’s door ARMED and kicking it in is clearly looking for a violent, hostile confrontation. SMH at “self-defense.” There is no next step after death, fukk the shooter.

Yea I saw that too. One of those things I wouldn’t attack her for but just…you just shake your head it’s all around unfortunate.

To be fair there was a 10 year old girl in the apartment. Closing the door adds at least a modicum of protection for the child so I can kind of see why she’d close the door after it was apparent there was a high chance of at least a fight.


Her two big mistakes were going out to confront that monster while her husband was changing and trying to pull him back while he was engaging the threat. First instance is a HUGE no no because again, once its apparent the husband is going to handle the threat then you need to let a man BE a man for better or worse stand his ground. Second instance is understandable but potentially deadly because while it looked like she was trying to diffuse the situation her husband was distracted long enough for the Opp to pull out the gun and start shooting. A man’s attention cannot be on two things at once when it comes to physical confrontations, he needs to be able to focus on neutralizing the threat.



I feel bad for the entire family because I think its clear that the guy with the gun was problem. I don’t give a fukk HOW noisy people are being once you go KICK somebody’s door in you’ve threatened them. Period. And he showed up WITH the gun tucked, meaning he was ready to use it. This is a deadly, tragic, but also extremely important lesson for men, women, and even younger people. Women, if you have a boyfriend, husband, partner, etc and he’s ready to defend you and the family then DO NOT tap into your own masculine energy when it comes to potentially physical confrontations. Most of the time you’ll do more harm than help. Men, make SURE all of your family members are as safely away from the threat BEFORE you engage. And younger people, if you ain’t about that action, don’t BE about that action. The son was mostly calmly standing there being an onlooker when really he should have been inside the apartment because he wasn’t assisting.
