1- Did he 'kick the door down' like trying to break in, or did he bang on the door on some 'turn it down'

2- Again, I pray for that woman but, what did she say to him when they were arguing 1 on 1

And not bc of any type of justification for the shooter, but to give an idea of what set off her husband. That's why I get anxiety when a woman is arguing with a man. I don't fear him, I fear what I'm gonna do. Bc he cant control what she say, and what the other mam will say to her in return. Ie if a man calls your wife a B, you gon see red. That's the type thing have someone grab some scissors

Justifiable homicide

I appreciate you laying it out. But I can stop right there. Dude saw the gun, was walking away in response to it and was shot in the back. Where was dude's belief that he was in imminent danger of losing his life or that the killing was necessary at that point? Then beyond that was it necessary to go and shoot the guy in the face after he'd already been shot in the back and was incapacitated as a result? Johnnie Cochran isn't talking this guy out of this one. No not even in Louisiana.

If he'd pulled the gun when dude first ran up I could see the angle. Shooting a man in the back is universal coward behavior, though. He was literally walking away from dude. Dude with the gun went after him and started blasting.

Yeahhh as much as I talk trash about my wife, she knows when to pick battles. If anything, I be instigating her to break fool on folks, but she's the level-headed one.
