Yea he going to prison but I don't believe he intended on killing them when he first went up there. It actually looks like he's trying to calm dude down before pulling the gun out. Even after the husband put the scissors to his neck he was still trying to talk it out. Then after the husband pushed his wife away and refused to settle down, he said fukk it. Let's get violent then....real killers gonna make sure the job is done. Hence those final shots. That's why you better be ready for whatever if you bring out any kind of weapon. He was way bigger than dude anyway. Shouldn't even have needed scissors. I think if the husband had just said went inside when the wife pulled him away it would have been over.
Doesn't excuse what the guy did. But you gotta understand there's really people out here ready to throw their lives away. Some people have no off switch once they snap. It shoulda never came to this.

He'd be jail in all 50 states for the final execution style gunshots he made on their already incapacitated bodies. You can't walk up to person laying face down put one in the back of their head under any circumstances under any state law.

They had a fued going on for 6 years so this obviously wasn't the first time things almost got physical between them. If he was always gonna shoot him he woulda done it off rip.
They had probably been in dozens of arguments over the years and I guarantee you he was strapped for every single one. But those times didn't up in murder did they. This isn't about right or wrong. The dude obviously deserves to spend life in prison. This is about survival. You put scissors to somebody's neck all bets are off at that point.
