If I had to pick it's probably Anna.

I just got to chapter 7.


Hopefully this game is like 30 chapters because I feel like the game is just starting and I'm 10 hours in lol.

Serona kinda sucks for me, he basically always gets killed each battle.


But I know with these kinda games a class upgrade can make top tier go to mid and bottom to top. So I'm holding off judgement

Anna is big in the early game as a damage dealer, then after that she kind transitions to another role because of what real damage looks like and other abilities she gets. She's gonna be the MVP for a lot of people I think.

Serenoa is legit its not his turn I feel like I spend more time setting him up in a good position than anything else. Once buffed and postured to be everyone else's follow up attack then he's a beast.... Had this mission where I just had to send him up a zipline and back to get healed for half the map but dude does his job.

I'm on hard so eranor is needed at least sometimes.

mages pretty much get two tapped so if there's a wall of close range units and bowman bearing down on you someone has got to take some heat and provoke works well for that. In fact in a crowd it's better for only some to get provoked so eranor can take two guaranteed hits and then the rest spread out and attack whoever

the AI is relentless when a healer or mage is in range to get attacked, same with hughette those enemy bowman love attacking her.

Nice to see that this game is living up to what I'm expecting it be. (Well outside of the dub being bad supposedly)

Still gotta catchup on my JRPG backlog from last year and replaying the main story of the Switch Xenoblade Chronicles games. So I will just wait till a sale happens hopefully during the summer for $40.

Valkyria Chronicles 1 & 4 are pretty good. And can be bought pretty cheap.

I preferred VC 1 over 3 Houses as far as tactics and strategy game. 3 Houses does have the issue where your builds can steamroll the enemies too easy even on hard. I mean there is maddening difficulty, but that difficulty can be very very cheap. (Ambush spawns are B.S. even with divine pulse)

Only issue I had with VC is that scouts are way too OP.

Chapter 8's ending stretch leading into chapter 9 is by far the longest stretch I've seen in the game so far

Famitsu has published its estimated physical game software and hardware sales data for Japan for the two weeks spanning February 28, 2022 to March 6, 2022.

Gran Turismo 7 was the highest selling new release of the week, launching at 73,399 copies on PlayStation 5 and 64,565 copies on PlayStation 4 for an opening week total of 139,964 retail copies sold.

Triangle Strategy for Switch followed, opening at 86,298 retail copies sold.

Other new releases such as Babylon’s Fall and Doraemon: Nobita’s Little Star Wars 2021 did not chart in the top 10.

On the hardware side, the Switch family sold 96,952 units, the PlayStation 5 family sold 25,679 units, the Xbox Series family sold 1,321 units, and the PlayStation 4 family sold 11 units. Next-generation consoles continue to face stock issues.
