I think even with incentives being the same they would still be ready to buck authority at the drop of a dime. I've seen several instances of them having no problem speaking their mind in situations that my generation would've just bit our tounge.

It's a vegan/vegetarian cafe and she looked to just be a college-aged chick around the same age as most of the other workers I've seen in there. I don't think she has that much skin in but rather a lack of fukks.

When you stop paying people, or weren't paying them for so long that they're used to prolonged poverty, the behavior is going to reflect it.

This applies to everything, be it crime rates, manners, mass shootings, hip hop, military enlistment, you name it

That said, you're wrong about millennials but it's an easy mistake to make because that's where a lot of societal norms started to break down because millennials started paying for the lies that were told to them

These jobs don’t pay enough or respect their workers enough for them to want to go above and beyond.

In the past, I’ve had managers and coworkers be shocked that I turned down over-time. I didn’t even wanna be there for the first 9 hours!
