Key word is she's the 2nd best producer. She has the leverage to do that because she's an asset to the company. The problem is that the newer people will be the 40th best producer but want the same perks as #2... It don't work like that lol

WFH is the cure for that. No one wants to spend more time awake in a 24 hour cycle at work, over home. The workforce is changing. People are changing.
Yeah I envy you WFH guys lol. I had to do that once during the pandemic and the shyt was amazing. I still don’t have to sit in the office all day so that’s why I don’t complain much. Man I can run errands on the clock whenever I’m having a slow day. WFH is nice af tho

This is cool when it’s some McDonald’s job or something. Pull that in a career and see what happens. You take all those “mental” and pto days and then you have to start negotiating with those co workers that you screwed over before. shyt ain’t gonna go how you think. I don’t know about all that… if you’re not talented like that then I can understand this mindset…. and this ain’t no diss… I’ve seen rockstar developers(not the video game) talk to upper management like they were less than crow shyt and get away with it because of their talent…. Same goes for a lot of other coworkers I worked with… Only people who don’t have options tolerate the disrespect or try to make sense of it over time

Societies' threshold for giving a fukk about pro social behaviors and maintaining said society is directly tied to the incentives that society offers

When you stop paying people, or weren't paying them for so long that they're used to prolonged poverty, the behavior is going to reflect it.

This applies to everything, be it crime rates, manners, mass shootings, hip hop, military enlistment, you name it

That said, you're wrong about millennials but it's an easy mistake to make because that's where a lot of societal norms started to break down because millennials started paying for the lies that were told to them

Mind you this past decade of protests and calling out authority was started by millennials. Ferguson was millennials. George Floyd? Millennials

Let’s be clear… You’re not wrong perse… But Gen X was the first Gen to be on that buck the system shyt on any real level…..

I've voiced my dislike of certain policies and spoke up on certain things I felt were wrong but it wouldn't have even crossed my mind to not help with a rush because it was the end of my shift on the schedule. :skip:

More power to you though, you were ahead of the game.
Are they paying? Are there incentives to staying and helping? The next time you two minutes late they gone keep it moving or try to flex? Are you kin to these people? Do you even like the people you work with? It must have been a chick you was trying to fukk because there ain't a cell in my body kind enough to donate my time because the very manager that understaffed the schedule feels that same understaffed schedule will be overwhelmed......lmao.......nah

Damn shame anybody HAS to tolerate disrespect and it's clear that some people will never stand up for themselves and that's why it will keep happening to them........they will keep disrespecting them because they have before and they didn't do anything and they will keep doing until they break them even further or the person stands up for themselves......
