Never you mind....
I enjoyed this movie until the ending. It felt like this was supposed to be a different film but they forced the ending to connect it to Cloverfield.
I loved it as a Suspense but it didn't need the Cloverfield attachment.:ld:

Also I pretty much figured out the "twists" early (him purposely hitting her, trying to turn her into his daughter, and lying about the air being contaminated)

He wasn't lying breh

He 100% believe it to be true, and in a sense he was correct. The dead pigs were his proof, and they were legit

My favorite part was all the stuff up until the cloverfield inspired stuff . goodman killed it

That last part wasn't Cloverfield inspired or have any relation with what happened in New York. But it is a twist that provided major hints throughout the film to that final truth.

Eh, it's really not connected though.

Five years from now we might get a movie where someone escapes from Cloverfield mental hospital, or kids are on spring break from Cloverfield college:manny:

The ending was the best part because throughout the whole movie I honestly didn't believe much of it but that's a little pie that Goodman wasn't crazy I don't understand how no one likes the ending
i guess it could've been a little longer
i would've liked to see her actually pulling into Houston and maybe seeing the military fight back or just her pulling into the base to see the operations

Okay I can agree with that...... but in the beginning she always ran from her problems and at the end she had the chance but it shows she decided to go and fight so I thought that was pretty cool how they stuck with the theme and she progressed as a character hopefully we get a sequel or something that would be so awesome maybe focus on different people but it would be cool if she was like some high-ranking person helping out I don't know just some thoughts

I watched this yeaterday and im still mad. Movie fooled me and in turn made me look foolish taking my nieces telling them its a monster movie. All in all the movie wasnt bad for what it was but why the hell did they call it cloverfield? I had the :dahell: face after a half hour, thinking where the fukk is the attack and monsters. All this shyt was a glorified kidnap and hostage movie. I wont spend a dime watching the next one since they pulled that fukk shyt.
