Peyton too only once he got to Denver did he have great defenses around him

and the first 2 seasons the defense in Denver wasn’t really good.

the season the defense allowed Flacco to throw a 80 yard bomb down 7 with 43 seconds left

and the next year where the defense was so bad that Peyton broke every passing stat simply cause he had to keep scoring to win games

The game vs Cowboys it was like 48 to 55 with the broncos winning.

and in the offs Von Miller, Derek wolf and others was out and we had the 22 ranked defense and still made the super bowl

The last 2 years was the only great defense he played with in Denver

It’s because all the money was committed to the offense. Patriots lucked out that Brady didn’t go chase the bag after that first SB win so that they could resign some guys on defense.

Peyton, Wayne, Harrison and Clark got paid really good on offense.
