i think they are portals.Anybody know what these swirly marks on the map are? It's only on the mini-map, they don't show up in the area when you look at the big map:

It's kinda like Viking territory so Geralt gets more respect there because he's a warrior.

How long until the dlc comes out
"Hearts Of Stone" is $9.99 and drops in October, it's about 10 hours long. "Blood And Wine" is $19.99 and 20 hours long, and drops 1st quarter 2016, so around spring time.

I had to dial it back a bit.
I hit level 21 today, and did the Master armor/weapons quests though. Did one of the main story lines in Skellige too.
The new patch should be out tomorrow.

What's the patch entail?
I'm still level 6...in Velen. Doing the wandering in the dark and family matters quests next but I've just been doing alchemy and searching for new weapons and new towns checking out notice boards
