You don't seem to understand where taxes come from, or how money earned at a business eventually gets to the treasury.
There's nothing "automated" about collecting taxes.
You seem to think that when a customer makes a purchase at a business for 100 bucks, 20 bucks automatically gets routed to the IRS through the VISA/MasterCard/Debit System.
That's not how it works.
The money we pay as customers goes into the business's account.
Businesses collect the customers money, and then pick and choose who're they're gonna pay and how much.
There are live human beings making decisions every day on what to do with that money.

If you lived in DC or paid attention to Fed/USA jobs you'd see they've been on a hiring spree for revenue agents.
But like most employers, their requirements are too high and the pay is too low....

There is gonna be no resistance. its all for show...Biden met with Trump today and promised him a "smooth transition" and is going to accomodate all of his needs...wait a minute...the person who was going to ruin the US, the guy who denied the results in 2020, the guy who broke the law and bunch of other shyt....you gonna give him a smooth transition?
