I guess something is wrong with my shyt and borderlands. 
Both you can run it fine at 1440p and even on an amd card. My shyt should be fine too. I have no idea what is wrong

you may just have to turn some settings down a notch...it could be as simple as that.
Yeah, I'm sure that will help out, but my cards should handle this fine. That's what's confusing. I was looking at benchmarks and I should never dip below 60 really, even on ultra. That's more concerning.

But this is a 360 game. I can understand some next gen shyt. But a 360 game that is basically borderlands 2 re skinned (which ran much better)? My rig should do better.
But you're right. I gotta squeeze out every last inch of performance usually. Gaming in 3 monitors is so fukking demanding.
Sometimes I wish I could be content with just one monitor. But it's too late for me now. I'm a surround/eyefinity convert
Nah I can't until later tonight. But even if it helps I'm still gonna be worried. Uh oh is on an amd card with physx on ultra. I should have no problem. Especially since bl2 was fine

I was doing that for a little while on a biostar board that allowed it and even then it was a bytch to get that thing to work properly.
I thought you could run it straight off the CPU now
He would have to have an NVIDIA GPU and AMD GPU to even have the possibility.
Even then, I doubt it. nvidia would always disable physx if it detected an amd gpu.
I would love to be proven wrong though.

it can be in some situations, but performance should suffer
I'll also point out that Uh Oh said "I have had some moments where I get really low fps"
I seem to remember I couldn't maintain 60fps at 1080p in BL2 with physx on 'high' with my 780. and the thing is everything seems fine, but then when the particles start flying around, performance drops
I would imagine any "ultra" physx setting would be made for those with a dedicated physx card
