Finally cracked and entered the thread after swearing off it from being spoiled last season.

I think for those wondering why this thread isn't doing numbers,it's a fraction of the size of last season,it's because people are actively avoiding the thread like I have been. They don't want to be spoiled.

Assuming you were caught up with each episode, how'd you get spoiled last season?

How did Lawrence "know" that William had a daughter? The Hosts memory blocks breaking down? Are all the hosts waking up?

William was down there talking to Delos right before he went permanently into the park? Ford knew it the entire time or Bernard never would've gone!

I ignored the whole Ford in the Music theory, but even here Delos asks William what the problem is?

William: "Fidelity."

Plus the fact that Delos' old school record player looks like a hard drive without a case.


Whose consciousness did Bernard build and pick up, though? Would Ford even need it? Props to Bernard's actor, BTW.


Who had their wrists slit in the tub if Juilet merely overdosed?

There's something else I'm missing, but I can't put a finger on it right now. It'll pop back in my head while I'm in the shower or taking a shyt or something.

but it just struck me now how cool the fact that William spent so much time in Westworld that he developed a lazyish southern drawl is.

This season has been...different. Last night (e[isode 4) was arguably the best episode of the series. It was really really good. This season up until last night (so the first 3 eps of season 2) sort of failed to really hook me or bring me in like the 1st season did, but now I'm fully on board again.

I wonder who they'll bring in to be the new ford. I can't imagine Anthony Hopkins being cheap, we've seen 'Ford' speak through other hosts before, so I'm guessing we'll see Ford played by someone new, if brought back.

Damnit, where is this all going? What is in it for William at this point, he seemed like a cold businessman interacting with Delos, he didn't seem to care that his wife had died, and now he's obssessed with Robert and this game, but for what?

Episode was great though, the characters get more interesting with each new episode.

Great lines, "you live only as long as the last person remembers you" and "if you aim to cheat the devil, you owe him an offering"

My prediction and I think there's clues leading to this, William is going to find out that his body been long dead. The Delos experiment was a clue that William was preparing it for himself and his "game" is for him to find himself. The biggest hint to that was when the Man in Black had the computer glitchy flashback similar to how Bernard have his and it's unusual for that to happen through him. So, I predict it's not Ford that's coming back but that it is William who was testing Delos until it's perfected and his consciousness is transferred.

Same here, dudes stealing some screenwriters spoilers from Reddit and acting like they're making a "prediction" . Gtfoh. All that "prediction" stuff is annoying, just analyze the current episode and STFU.

Robert is alive, he is moving from host to host.

That's the thing that makes me wonder who's consciousness is actually in that orb.

Would Ford really need his brain put into an immortal host body?

But at the same time, there's no telling when this happened, we just know it happened after William decided to just stay in the park.

But after Bernard "killed" Elsie last season.

But there's no telling "when" that was.




This shyt got extremely trippy in just one episode. You can't trust it. Every main character has a backstory but Ford.

10/10 episode. I was thinking to myself it was the season finale the way it all felt.
Someone in this thread said this series is different. I agree, I never thought it was different in a bad way but it has been a giant 180 from season 1.
I finally know what it is too.
This season is really dark.

William character progression wild af now that I think about it. Dude went into Westworld during season 1 as a p*ssy. I'm not even talking about his mib bad ass phase he has now but you can see this episode how far he's come.

Last night just confirmed what I've felt since last season, MIB fukkery is the only compelling part of the show.

Any episode where Delores and/or Maeve get heavy minutes is bound to be a dud, nobody cares.

MIB fukkery directly ties into Ford, and Ford directly ties into Bernard. Finally gave them the ball last night and you get the GOAT episode in the series thus far

Predictions are fun. But if they are stealing from reddit then that is some bytch shyt and should just give credit where it is due.

More episodes with no Delores please

She is okay. That innocent southern accent gets annoying after a while and "woman is a military leader" feels forced at times.LOL She is just not the most interesting topic of the show now since everyone knows she's not conscious and she's still just a storyline script. Delores Father(Peter) is the only interesting thing about her because of all the important information has he has uploaded into him.

Bernard, Man in black and Robert should be the focus. William redemption(?)storyline is interesting to. Maeve stuff could be interesting because of the Samurai warriors. Still we know that she isn't fully conscious, so she's kind of in the same boat as Delores to me, just less annoying.

James Delos, if he would have stayed alive, could have been very interesting. Seem like he could be the lead evil guy If he gets reuploaded with memory of all deaths and somehow escapes with all his crazy anger at reality.
