arctis 1 universal OR 7p wireless are GREAT “substitutes” for the sony headsets...and yes they are high audio quality/3D audio compatible...and you don’t have to use the wired USB-A dongle that’s included since the PS5 has a USB-C port in the front...the only issue you’ll encounter is you’ll have to charge your controller/attach an external HD using one of the USB-A ports in the rear since the USB-C dongle is wide and will block access to the USB-A port in the front
