2 things that Target did right was not announce a time and made them all only available for pickup locally.... what they got wrong was the payment errors everyone else is having

UPS and FedEx decided today was the day to make my house be at the end of the delivery route
I usually look at the map and see if they in my town and if they are I find them and be like no one is gonna be home and I get the package from them. At the end of the day you helping them out cause its less shyt for them to deliver.
