I kinda wish we could restart our recruiting season its damn near impossible to predict how this class will close out

I'd rather see what kind of talent we have at QB before we just accept every qb transfer that comes out way. And hill is a walking piece of glassThe worst that could happen would be a 26 year old backup qb. Then Gentry could sit 2 years and Peters could redshirt without temptation

Those of you who think the future only holds pocket passers, think again. Harbaugh QBs run the zone read too.
As Wolverine247 reported on Thursday, Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh will drop in to see Rashan Gary and top tight end target Isaac Nauta on Friday night, as the two players' teams will meet up on the gridiron down at IMG Academy in Florida.
The Wolverines' head coach will immediately get on a plane afterwards and fly out to the Houston area to watch Alief Elsik stars Dontavious Jackson and Chris Brown play in their game on Saturday afternoon. The Wolverines are considered top contenders for both prospects (Jackson at linebacker, Brown at defensive back).
Among the other stops Wolverine247 has confirmed at this point (senior prospects):
Jim Harbaugh: Five-star Rashan Gary, five-star Isaac Nauta, four-stars Dontavious Jackson and Chris Brown
John Baxter: Top100 cornerback David Long (Friday); Lamar Jackson is a good bet also.
Jay Harbaugh: Four-star TE Jacob Mathis, Michigan commitments Brad Hawkins and Ron Johnson
Mike Zordich: Top100 ATH Jordan Fuller
Tim Drevno: Four-star OL Jean Delance
Greg Mattison: Four-star OLB/DE Carlo Kemp
Tyrone Wheatley: Prattville (AL) commitments Kingston Davis and Dytarious Johnson
D.J. Durkin - Four-star linebacker Devin Bush Jr., commits Devin Gil and Josh Metellus
Jedd Fisch - 2017s Dylan McCaffrey and OL Jake Moretti (Ohio State commit); Brandon Peters (Friday), Ahmir Mitchell (Saturday)
They out here working
As we reported earlier this week, Top247 offensive lineman Jean Delance will visit Michigan officially for their final game against the Buckeyes on November 28th. He's been one of Michigan's top targets in the 2016 class.
Wolverine247 spoke to sources close to his recruitment this morning who say Texas and Michigan are basically neck and neck.
"Michigan is right there with Texas. UT obviously has the home field advantage here but Michigan's coach Tim Drevno has done an unbelievable job recruiting Jean and he feels the most wanted at Michigan. If Texas implodes then he's going to Michigan. Alabama and Texas A&M are both on the outside looking in, it's really just Texas and Michigan."
Delance, a four-star prospect with a 93 overall grade, is the No. 172 ranked player in the country. He is likely to make a final decision close to signing day 2016.
