Gregg Henson is as legit as they come.

Gregg Henson: Why Michigan Pulled Matt Falcon’s Scholarship

"Sources close to the situation tell me that the Michigan coaching staff advised Falcon to forego his senior year of football and rehab his knee before enrolling at Michigan in January to continue his progress under the direction of the Michigan athletic training staff. When Falcon and his family decided to play his senior year, the Michigan staff was not thrilled, two knee injuries in one year was a deal breaker for Michigan."

I was watching the Stanford-UCLA game on Thursday night at work .. and the work that the Stanford OLine gave that Duck DLine actually made me feel bad for Oregon. I can't wait till Harbaugh and Co. have our boys pushing wigs like that.

And Rudock is definitely the weak link to our offense. If we lose another conference game, you have to think Harbaugh will give one of the younger guys some meaningful snaps in games to see what he's got.
wouldn't be opposed to to Terrence Davis we were in his top 2 along with Florida .The more talented lineman we get the better IMO.QB WR O-line all need upgrades hopefully Crawford commits with him Cole,Darboh,Chesson,Harris,Canteen talented nice mix of upperclassmen and young talent at WR .The thing about Rudock that drives me insane I think he plays it to careful he's so conscious of not making a mistake.Brian on mgoradio mentioned he had Jake Butt 1-1 on a corner route 2 goal from the 14 but didn't throw it at least give em a chance:martin:.Upgrade at the QB position needs to happen whether it's O'korn,Gentry,Peters whoever has to be able to hit a damn deep ball:francis:

Michigan, Texas Squaring off for Delance

Michigan Newsletter

MESQUITE, TX ---- 2016 Top150 offensive tackle Jean Delance is starting to narrow down his process a bit and has three programs over the rest, with a fourth still in consideration, he told 247Sports National Analyst Ryan Bartow.

"Alabama, Michigan and Texas and I'm still considering A&M a bit," he said. "I'm taking my official to Michigan on November 28th for the game against Ohio State and then I'm going to visit Alabama on December 13th. I'm definitely taking one to Texas, but the others will be in January probably."

All Crystal Ball Predictions

Delance, who has been targeted by all four schools heavily for months, talked about what he likes about each of the programs he's still considering at this juncture.

Michigan: "Coach Harbaugh is going to treat you like his own once you get there and they're going to work as hard as they can to get you on the field as quickly as possible to make the program the way they want to make it. That's what he's been preaching to me right now. He's been calling me two or three times a week. He's been on me hard trying to get me to be part of their program. I like that."

Alabama: "They have great offensive tackles. They play their best guys. They know where they stand as a program. 'We don't talk, we prove it on the field' has been their main message to me. Coach Napier is hitting me up all the time. Recruiting-wise, I don't question what Alabama can do."

On Texas and their Oklahoma victory: "They came out and played like they had to play. They knew they had to make a statement and they made it on both sides of the ball. They came out and handled business. Some of their guys are recruiting me pretty hard. They tell me that they want me, but they need me also. Come and be the next left tackle at Texas. They're talking like we can get the job done."

Texas A&M: "Recruiting-wise, it changed a little bit. I saw some things coming from their coaches that I didn't like that much. It doesn't worry me. I have my choices and my options so I'm alright."

Delance, who was once committed to Oklahoma, stepped back after realizing it wasn't a family decision he was making. With great options and no hurry on time, it's not a mistake he's going to make twice. Two programs in particular have resonated with his family members in Michigan and Texas.

"The people around me love Coach Strong," he said. "Out of state-wise it's on me to make that decision. Coach Strong is their best connection right now. Coach Harbaugh has been talking to mom and grandma also. He and Coach Strong are neck and neck in that regard."

Delance is expected to make all five of his official visits, but hasn't decided on the last two at this point. They are both likely to be in January. The four-star is currently ranked 110th overall in the 2016 class according to the 247Sports Composite rankings.
Texas probably leads here we'll see after he visits

I'd take him in a heartbeat, since we need a tackle or two ... but everyone is saying he stays in Texas.

As for Terrance Davis, he's been so Pro-Michigan for months now, that it kind of leads me to believe he's not a take right now. I think Harbaugh wants to see what other prospects do before they'd let him join the crew. Just my opinion though.

Wide receiver Dylan Crawford (Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif./Catholic) said he "probably will announce" January 9 at the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.

Crawford said he's still considering Michigan, Stanford, Arizona, Arizona State, Miami, Washington, Tennessee and Washington.

The Crystal Ball reads 40-percent for USC, 30-percent for Michigan, 10-percent for Arizona State, 10-percent for UCLA and 10-percent for Stanford.

Crawford officially visited Michigan this past weekend.

"It was unreal honestly," Crawford said. "The atmosphere was awesome. It was near 112,000 people in that stadium. Coach (Jim) Harbaugh showed me how he plans to use me and his plan for me. He told me how Michigan is the all-around package."

Crawford said his next four official visits will go to Washington, Oregon, Tennessee and Miami. He doesn't have dates set for those trips yet but plans to make them all, if possible, before he publicly announces in January.

Oregon offered Tuesday evening.

Crawford said Oregon Ducks coach Matt Lubick came by his school and talked to his coaches and told the receiver the news last night.

"That's one of my dream schools," Crawford said of Oregon. "Since I was young I've liked them."

Crawford said he also grew up liking Miami and still talks with Hurricanes wide receivers coach Kevin Beard and offensive coordinator James Coley "a lot."

He said he hears from Tennessee wide receivers coach Zach Azzanni via Twitter "all the time."

"They said they are going to take a few more receivers in this class," Crawford said of Tennessee. "My favorite team is the Minnesota Vikings and I love Cordarrelle Patterson."

Washington could get an official visit "soon," possibly when they host Utah November 7.

The four-star recruit is ranked as the nation's No. 13 wide receiver and the No. 14 prospect in California in the 2016 class by 247Sports.com Composite Rankings.

Mgoblog & board #5 says Taysom Hill is a possibility. He'll be 26 and coming off injury but Harbaugh recruited him for Stanford and his tape certainly is better than o'korn. I wish we had numerous qb options this yr

Oregon's got 2-3 more losses coming. Let's hope this kid goes blue.. but I'm less optimistic now than this past weekend. Everyone couldn't stop talking about how invested Crawford was in the game, and it almost even looked like he was about to be in tears after the last play. All signs pointed to him going blue .. but now.. I'm not liking all of these visits. The kid was only going to visit Michigan since he's taken a bunch of unofficial visits to the Cali schools. I can get him wanting to see Oregon, but I think you're right. I think they might throw a wrench in all this. But shyt.. if he'd rather play in that wack spread, than showcase his talents for the NFL, then there's not much we could do.

As for Caleb Kelly, everyone;s been running with him going to Oklahoma for months now... but word is Michigan made a HUGE impact with his parents and Kelly. I've thought we were neck and neck with Oklahoma, and so did a lot of writers (Sam Webb, Steve Lorenz ect.) so you hearing that sounds good to me. Where'd you hear it from. It's not hard to believe.
