Leg press machine: 4 plates 60 reps, non stop
Barbell squat drop set 135lbs, 5 sets 12 reps
Db hammer curls 30 lbs until failure sets between squats
Lunges, bar bell curl and burpie circuit, 4x
I hate all these reps, ive traditionally been a low rep high weight nikka. This shyt different....
