1500 for a 1 bedroom in south central
Didn't find the post... I did see the pic of you though.Check my post history. I've already said where I live.
Look for places in Inglewood if you're determine to be around a lot of black people. But with the new stadium going up and all the new development surrounding it-- be prepared for increased rent after your first year or two.
P.S. Assuming you're renting and not buying.
Lol and how many of those rooms are unfurnished? I used to this all the time back home when someone got a "big" house. Doesn't matter how cheap it is when you still have to heat/cool/clean/furnish it.That's more than my mortgage
and this is my neighbor's crib
Weather ain't that gotdamn nice in LA
I live in the valley, but I've also lived in LA as well.Didn't find the post... I did see the pic of you though.
DTLA if you can swing it. Up and coming area, walkable, A LOT to do, and you CAN find a decent place for a reasonable amount of money. As with anything, how nice depends on your pockets. But that's prob the most diverse area in LA proper. I lived there until this past December. Now I live in Valley Village. Not to bother you but where I'm from we have plenty areas where it's a mixture of white, black and other.
Does Inglewood or any other city you can think of have such a mixture?
Will be looking to rent with an option initially.
Thanks
I'm in Valley Village, not too far from Laurel Canyon.I live in the valley, but I've also lived in LA as well.
Sup with moving to Long Beach?Don't move to any beach town. They're very conservative and ripe with white supremacists. Not exaggerating. They're the whitest areas in LA County.
And why can't you be around whites and hispanics?
Don't leave. If my lady starts acting up and I become a free agent I'm taking you to lunch.I live in the valley, but I've also lived in LA as well.

How is the valley life? Serious questionI live in the valley, but I've also lived in LA as well.
Depends on where this man will be working, assuming he's not self-employed. LB can be a longish commute if he's bothered by traffic.Sup with moving to Long Beach?
