There was a lot going on on that PI play. But the initial penalty first of all was a defensive holding. Flag should have happened right there. Defender got an unfair advantage with that, Pettigrew grabbed at his facemask a little bit but most ppl would respond to someone holding their jersey with a couple little shots. Then on top of that the defender pushes Pettigrew in the shoulder for the pass interference. Either call the defensive holding and leave it at that or call every damn thing: Defensive holding, facemask, whatever penalty dez shoulda got for being on the field lol but to call NOTHING at all
