If I could tag everyone in this thread, I could. I want to show yall something...
Im laying in bed looking up random shyt on Wiki, (
) and decided to look up a few HBCUs. I click on Mississippi Valley State University, and discovered it's curious history. It was created in the 50s as an effort to get the blacks of Mississippi to attend an all black school cause the governor didnt want Negroes to go to Ole Miss, Miss. State and Southern Miss. Then the dirty crackers had to move its campus 3 times..the first time, the citizens in Greenwood didnt want it there, so the Mississippi government moved it near downtown Itta Bena. The whites there didnt want the school near them, so they had to move it again to an area outside of Itta Bena on a site of land with poor soil. Not only that, it looks like the school has to keep the names of 3 racist ass Dixiecrats on the names of school buildings so they wont lose money

it's funny because i was in the band when it was our last year in meac. Both men and women bball teams made it to finals. The refs completely rigged the game for us cuz they didn't want us to win back to back in our last year
