I agree. When you say "hey we can bring back Gwen Stacy and Peter and MJ will be married raising a kid" I smell a reboot

At this point who is even still alive in the Ultimate U. i loved the characters and the Finality of the deaths buuuuut even i can admit they got wayyyyy to trigger happy with that shyt.

nah that a major part of what ruined the ultimate universe.

The only thing that has me annoyed is there isn't a Earth X battleworld on the map. Grown up Franklin/Galactus would be cool as hell to see make an appearance.

When you're combining universes and making sweeping changes across your entire line and you're talking "some characters leave the board, new ones enter... this is the end cap for the five previous decades", that's a reboot to me. Just calling it like I see it.

Well Eon is smarter than Marvel when it comes to that kinda thing. They had no problem admitting it was a reboot and championed it. Marvel just can't say it because of things they've said in the past about DC

This whole thing is very as a comic fan im intrigued but unlike how flashpoint ended and how convergence interests me as a lot of stuff was just dropped ( red hair Wally , JSA etc ) a lot of these marvel worlds I was fine with them moving on they ran their courses already . I'll give it a shot since its Hickman

The last event I read was Avengers vs X Men and I couldn't keep going because it was just ridiculous after a while. Secret Wars seems like it'll be worth the ride though

That's what I'm confused about . How do they tie in this with current story lines ?? Marvel will probably say the current story lines are behind the secret war so in a few months they'll catch up .

They said they've been working toward it and every single major arc that has happened has built to it. It definitely changed the way I read amazing this morning

Well they been dropping the ball with events recently . They make so many unnecessary tie ins and don't follow in story continuity in the tieins and the Main book leaves out crucial story points for the sake of tie ins and the higher prices for issues that don't give extra story

I can't believe that's true though . I read enough marvel to these statements . They can't even synch up timelines in avenger books now im suppose to believe this ?
