Rosado's not a bad boxer and he has a much stronger punch than Barker. Barker's a nice fighter, but he has some big issues on defense. Plus rosado can punch to the body well

Mayweather says he doesn't watch his opponents, but none of the boxing insiders believe it. He has arguably been the most prepared and professional fighter, when it comes to being ready each and every time. No way I buy he doesn't study film of his opponents.
I think it is another of Mayweather's humorous ways to tout his skills.
