Only reason he was p4p was cause he was snatching up easy titles moving up.. He beat ZERO great fighters..

Best Shakur can hope for is Turki backing him. The most I can see PBC offering is a 2 fight deal of Frank and Tank + Rematch option, maybe if Ryo loses to Pitbull he goes back down. They could also maybe do a De Los Santos rematch too

Idk about Turki....seems like he more invested in the heavier divisions. He could do PBC....but one promotion i think that would be all in on him right now is TMT.

Mayweather was at his last fight and having him on his side would do good for him....it would build the rivalry with Tank even more and Floyd can really teach him the game....seems like the only ones trying to get him.
