Yeah, I think a floor/spending minimum is more needed then a cap.
Yeah, I don't mind the Dodgers if every acquisition is above board as much as the lack of spending from other owners. The tax is enough and it goes to other teams in some cases. If that's the case a floor is necessary.
Dodgers fans are gonna love him.
I'm officially making the switch when that happens.
